Title : Quantum Technology Powered by Atoms

Abstract:Atomic platform has played an important role for the development of quantum technology. Thanks to their abundance and being perfectly identical for the same species, atoms can be easily scaled up to help scientists meet the challenges of important, complicated physics problems. In this talk, I will introduce the quantum technology we are currently developing with ultracold lithium, cesium and calcium atoms and also discuss the problems that we are hoping to solve in the future.
